Care Instructions

• Change the water once per week without any additive.
• After draining the Zero Temp Ice Pod, wash the inside surfaces with warm soapy water.
• Do not use chloride salts such as tables salt or road salt as these are not safe to use (Epsom salts are fine and good to use!).
• Bromine tablets will extend the use of the Ice Pod water for up to one month.

Shipping & Returns

Once we have received the delivery batch all orders are dispatched within 72 hours and will take 3-5 business days to arrive after dispatch. Customer is responsible for paying to return a product.
