We are a company based in Newquay, Cornwall and are lucky enough to have the sea as part of our cold water therapy. Having a busy work/home lifestyle it’s not always possible to get to the beach.

Therefore not only for us but for you, we have introduced ‘Zero Temp’ so cold water therapy can be used anytime and anywhere.
